1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Massive Interface LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Massive Interface,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with the Hang Time iOS application and its pages on massiveinterface.com (together, the “Service”). Hang Time does not require a Massive Interface account. We do not sell personal information, use third-party behavioral-advertising SDKs, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
2. Information processed by the app
- Motion and gameplay data. The app reads accelerometer and related device-motion measurements to detect a launch, airtime, and landing. Raw motion measurements and your local throw history are processed on your device and are not sent to Massive Interface.
- Local preferences. Settings, onboarding state, ad-removal status cached by the app, achievements-in-progress, and gameplay history may be stored locally on your device.
- Game Center. If you use Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center identity, achievements, and leaderboard scores. We may receive the Game Center information Apple makes available to the app, such as a scoped player identifier, display name, avatar, leaderboard status, and achievement status.
- Purchases and RevenueCat. Apple processes payment credentials and App Store transactions. We expect to use RevenueCat to retrieve products, validate and restore the one-time “Remove Ads” purchase, prevent fraud, and maintain entitlement status. RevenueCat may process an automatically generated anonymous app-user identifier, IP address, app and device information, product and transaction data, purchase receipts, entitlement state, and diagnostics. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use it to respond, keep support records, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
3. House ads and external links
The free app may display our own ads linking to App Store pages for other Massive Interface apps. These ads do not use a third-party ad network and are not behaviorally targeted. When you tap an ad, Apple may process the resulting App Store interaction under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. Purchasing “Remove Ads” hides these placements for the lifetime of that entitlement, subject to the purchase terms.
4. Website information
When you visit massiveinterface.com, our hosting and security providers may automatically process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, referring page, and timestamps to deliver and secure the site. If site analytics are enabled, they may also measure aggregate visits and interactions. Browser controls may let you limit cookies or similar storage.
5. How we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to provide and support the Service, calculate and display gameplay results, operate Game Center features at your request, process and restore purchases, show or remove house ads, troubleshoot problems, protect the Service and users, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, your consent, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.
6. Disclosure
We may disclose information to Apple, RevenueCat, hosting and support providers, professional advisers, and other vendors that process it for the purposes above; to authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Retention
Local data remains on your device until you clear it in the app, reset the app’s data, or delete the app, subject to iCloud or device backups controlled by you and Apple. We retain support correspondence and necessary business, transaction, security, and legal records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Apple, RevenueCat, and website infrastructure providers apply their own retention periods.
8. Your choices and rights
You may decline Game Center, avoid tapping external links, remove local app data by deleting the app, restore eligible purchases through the app, or contact Apple about Apple-held Game Center and transaction records. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent for personal information we control, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions. Email info@massiveinterface.com to make a request. We may need to verify it.
9. Children
The Service is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information directly to us may contact us so we can review and, where required, delete it. Apple applies additional Game Center protections to children’s accounts under its policies.
10. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your country. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms.
11. Third-party policies
Apple and RevenueCat operate under their own privacy terms. Their practices are not controlled by this Policy. You can review Apple’s Privacy Policy and RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and contact
