Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Perfect Timing Timer Game (the “App”), provided by Massive Interface LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

License and Apple terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App as permitted by those terms.

Entertainment only

The App is a casual entertainment product. Timings, scores, leaderboards, and other results are provided for fun and may be affected by device performance, input latency, connectivity, or service availability.

Party Host Pack

The optional Party Host Pack is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional controls and statistics in the App. Apple processes the transaction and applies its purchase, refund, and account rules. Use Restore Purchase in the App to restore an eligible purchase made with the same Apple Account.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with, or misuse the App except where applicable law expressly permits it. You are responsible for how the App is used on your device and for maintaining safe, respectful play.

Ownership

The App, its design, software, artwork, and other content are owned by Massive Interface LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Availability and disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Massive Interface LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its in-app purchase during the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the App changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your location requires otherwise.
