Privacy Policy
Effective: July 16, 2026 · Last updated: July 16, 2026
Plain-English summary (non-binding): RepTrend stores your exercises and daily counts on your device and, if you're signed into iCloud, in your private iCloud database that only you can access. There are no accounts, no ads, and no analytics SDKs. We never see your workout data. The only data that leaves your control is the anonymous purchase information required to run subscriptions.
1. Who we are
RepTrend (the "App") is operated by Massive Interface LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Massive Interface", "we", "us"). For purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, Massive Interface LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through the App. Contact: info@massiveinterface.com.
2. What we collect
- Workout data — stays with you. The exercises you create, daily counts, goals, streaks, and timers are stored locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled, this data syncs to your private CloudKit database managed by Apple. We have no server of our own and no technical ability to read it.
- Anonymous device identifier. A random UUID generated on first launch and stored in the iOS Keychain. It exists solely so your Pro subscription can be recognized across reinstalls. It is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
- Subscription data. Purchase status, receipt identifiers, and entitlement state, handled by Apple and RevenueCat (our subscription infrastructure provider). We do not receive or store your payment-card information.
We collect no analytics events, no advertising identifiers, no location data, and no contact information.
3. Sub-processors
- Apple — iCloud/CloudKit sync (your private database), App Store billing, and Siri/App Intents processing on-device.
- RevenueCat, Inc. — subscription entitlement management. Receives the anonymous device identifier and App Store receipt data only.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
We process the anonymous identifier and subscription data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you (providing Pro features you purchased) and for our legitimate interest in preventing entitlement fraud.
5. Retention & deletion
- Workout data lives on your device and in your iCloud. Deleting the App removes the local copy; you can remove the iCloud copy in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
- Subscription records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat per their policies. You can request deletion of RevenueCat-held data via info@massiveinterface.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Because we hold almost nothing about you, most requests can be satisfied by deleting the App and its iCloud data yourself — but email us and we'll help either way.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
8. Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the App's release notes.
9. Contact
Privacy questions, data requests, or complaints: info@massiveinterface.com (Massive Interface LLC).
