Using Little Push
Little Push is provided by Massive Interface LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the app or these pages, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to the iOS app; these terms add rules for its content, notifications, subscriptions, and related service. If a term conflicts with a consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited, that right controls.
Topics and generated content
You may choose a suggested topic or submit your own short prompt. Do not submit private information about yourself or others, unlawful material, or content you do not have a right to use. We may reject or remove topics that cannot safely be used for autonomous notifications. You keep any rights you have in your prompt and allow us and our service providers to process it to provide Little Push.
Little Push uses AI to create brief educational and inspirational messages. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Check important claims with reliable sources. The app is not a source of professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or safety advice. Do not make important decisions based only on a notification.
Notifications and availability
Notification permission is optional. You control the topic and pace in the app and can pause or remove a topic. Delivery depends on your device settings, Apple Push Notification service, network access, and service availability; we do not guarantee that every notification will arrive at an exact time or that the service will always be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and will comply with applicable law.
Subscriptions
Some notification frequencies require an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription. The app shows the applicable plan, billing period, current App Store price, and any trial terms before you confirm a purchase. Apple charges and manages the subscription. Unless you cancel before renewal, it renews automatically for the same billing period at the then-applicable price shown by Apple, subject to Apple’s notices and rules. A free trial, if offered and accepted, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account’s subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refunds under its policies. If purchase status does not update, use Restore Purchases in the app or contact us.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use automated requests to overload it, or use the app to create harmful or unlawful content. We may limit or suspend access for abuse or security reasons, subject to applicable law.
Ownership and third-party services
We and our licensors retain rights in the app, design, and service. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other providers may have separate terms for their services. Links or source material presented with a notification are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party sites.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, we provide the service “as is” and disclaim warranties not expressly required by law. To the extent the law allows, Massive Interface LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post a revised date. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide notice when required. These terms are governed by Delaware law except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Questions about Little Push can be sent to info@massiveinterface.com.
