Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary (non-binding): Garden Agent stores the garden records you create, including notes, custom fields, reminders, chats, photos, and generated charts or insights. We use backend infrastructure and AI services to process your entries when you ask the app to help structure, summarize, or analyze them. We do not sell your garden records or use your photos to train our own models.
1. Who we are
Garden Agent (the "Service") is operated by Massive Interface LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Massive Interface", "we", "us"). Contact: info@massiveinterface.com.
2. What we collect
- Account information. If you sign in, we may receive your name, email address, user identifier, and authentication tokens from Apple, Google, or Firebase Auth.
- Garden content. Entries, notes, custom tracker fields, reminders, chats, generated summaries, charts, insights, and any text you submit.
- Photos and attachments. Images you choose to upload with garden entries or chat messages. We do not access your photo library beyond items you select through iOS.
- Subscription data. Purchase status, receipt identifiers, and entitlement state handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment-card information.
- Device and usage data. App version, iOS version, device model, diagnostics, crash reports, product interactions, advertising attribution data, IP address, and approximate region.
- Support communications. Messages you send us and anything you include in them.
3. How we use data
- Provide the Service, sync your records, generate charts, send reminders, and support widgets and Apple Watch features.
- Process entries with AI when you ask for structured logging, summaries, insights, or chat assistance.
- Operate subscriptions, verify entitlements, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce rate limits.
- Debug, secure, and improve the app using analytics and crash reporting.
- Measure advertising and campaign performance where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI processing
Garden Agent may send the text, images, tracker schema, and context needed for a requested feature to third-party AI model providers. AI output can include structured entries, suggestions, charts, summaries, and insights. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not use your content to train our own models.
5. Photos and storage
Uploaded images may be stored in cloud object storage and served through a content delivery network so they can appear in your records and chats. You can delete image records in the app where supported or contact us for deletion help.
6. Service providers
We rely on service providers including:
- Apple Inc. - App Store distribution, subscriptions, device services, widgets, Apple Watch support, and platform APIs.
- Google LLC / Firebase. - authentication, analytics, crash reporting, cloud functions, and AI model services where used.
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. - image storage and related infrastructure.
- Render Services, Inc. - backend hosting, Redis, and worker infrastructure.
- RevenueCat, Inc. - subscription entitlement management.
- TikTok. - advertising attribution and campaign measurement, subject to your tracking permissions and device settings.
7. Tracking and advertising
Garden Agent may request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. If you allow tracking, we may use device identifiers, product interaction data, and advertising data to measure campaign effectiveness. You can change this permission in iOS Settings. We do not sell your garden records.
8. Data retention and deletion
We retain account data and garden records while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period. Subscription records may be kept as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may delete data in the app where supported or email info@massiveinterface.com to request account or data deletion.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as TLS in transit, access controls, and hosted infrastructure protections. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. EU, UK, and EEA residents may have rights under GDPR or UK GDPR. To exercise rights, email info@massiveinterface.com.
11. Children
Garden Agent is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the EU/UK. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International transfers
We operate primarily in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
