Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary (non-binding): Your project names, parts, dimensions, stock, layouts, and exported cut plans stay on your device and, if you choose an iCloud sync feature, in your private iCloud storage. CutList Pro collects limited product analytics—such as app launches, screens viewed, and whether features are used—to improve the App. Those analytics do not include your project content, measurements, or cut plans. We do not sell personal data or track you across other companies' apps and websites.

1. Who we are

CutList Pro (the “App”) is operated by Massive Interface LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Massive Interface,” “we,” “us”). For purposes of applicable data-protection law, Massive Interface LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through the App. Contact: info@massiveinterface.com.

2. Information processed by the App

• Project and cut-list data. Project names, part names, measurements, quantities, stock, settings, optimized layouts, and exported documents are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this content. If you enable an iCloud sync feature, Apple stores it in your private iCloud container so it can sync across your devices.
• Usage analytics. The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect automatically generated app-usage and device metadata plus limited events we define. These include app launches, screens viewed, projects created, parts and stock added, calculation starts/completions/failures, PDF exports, paywall and purchase/restore actions, subscription tier, app version, device type, operating-system version, coarse region, and a pseudonymous app-instance identifier. Calculation events may include material mode, optimization goal, total part quantity, sheets used, waste percentage, saw-setup count, cache use, and a broad failure category. Analytics do not include project or part names, measurements, stock names or descriptions, individual quantities, layouts, exported files, or other cut-list content.
• Diagnostics. Apple may provide us with crash and performance information when you have chosen to share diagnostics with app developers. Calculation failures are also recorded through the limited analytics described above using a broad error category, not your project content.
• Purchase and entitlement data. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase status, receipt identifiers, product purchased, and subscription or lifetime-entitlement state. We do not receive your payment-card information.
• Support communications. If you email us, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include so we can respond.

3. What we do not collect

The App does not require an account. We do not collect contacts, precise location, photos, advertising identifiers, or the contents of your cut lists. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

4. How we use information

• Provide and restore purchased Pro features.
• Measure feature usage and improve the App.
• Identify crashes, performance problems, and calculation failures.
• Respond to support requests and protect the App from abuse or fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. Service providers

• Apple Inc. — App Store distribution and billing, device-level diagnostics made available to developers, and optional iCloud storage and sync.
• RevenueCat, Inc. — purchase and entitlement management. It receives App Store receipt and entitlement information plus a pseudonymous app user identifier.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics for Firebase. Google receives the pseudonymous app instance, usage events, aggregate calculation statistics, and device/app metadata described above so we can measure adoption, engagement, and reliability.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms and, where applicable, agreements requiring them to protect it.

6. Website analytics

The CutList Pro pages on massiveinterface.com use Google Analytics to measure visits and link clicks. Google may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referring page, and pages visited. Website analytics are separate from the project data stored inside the App.

7. Legal bases for EEA and UK users

We process purchase and entitlement information as necessary to perform our contract with you. We process limited analytics and diagnostics for our legitimate interests in improving, securing, and supporting the App. We process support messages to respond to your request and, when applicable, with your consent.

8. Retention and deletion

• Project data remains on your device until you delete it or the App. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can manage the synced copy through your Apple iCloud settings.
• Analytics and diagnostic data are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for trend analysis, security, and troubleshooting, subject to provider settings and legal requirements.
• Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies and as needed to provide or restore your entitlement.
• Support emails are retained as needed to resolve the request and maintain normal business records.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email info@massiveinterface.com. Because project content remains on your device or in your private iCloud storage, we may not have access to it and cannot delete it for you.

10. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries, using legally recognized transfer mechanisms where required.

11. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App changes. The current version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be described in the App or its release notes.
